2022 Shorelines

JANUARY 11th, 2022

Robert Davidson, Dean Hunt, Pat McGuire,
Noka Tsi, Cole Speck, Chief Henry Speck

The shores of the Northwest Coast have have stories to tell. History and legend slosh around with the present and future, in salty and brackish water. Animals, sea creatures, humans, and supernatural beings tell their stories, some of which are recorded in the artworks on view.

Please join us for the first of a series of exhibitions that explore land, time, and place.

The exhibition space exists and operates on the traditional and unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səl’ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
